The Problem We Chose

Walk through any horticulture belt in India and you will see them: polyhouses built with ambition and subsidy support, now running at half their promise. The farmer did everything asked of him. He invested, he built, he planted. What nobody gave him was the system the agronomy protocols, the crop plan tied to real demand, the buyer waiting at harvest.
Arth Agro was founded on a simple conviction: the hardware of Indian protected farming already exists at scale. What it needs is an operating system. We are that operating system — the institution that finishes what the subsidy started.

One well-run polyhouse earns. A network of well-run polyhouses, growing to a single demand-aligned plan, negotiates. We aggregate protected-farming growers into contract farming programmes where the crop is chosen by the order book, not by habit.

How We Think

  • Principle 1 - Sow what sells. We do not grow and then go searching for buyers. Crop plans across our network begin with demand a buyer's calendar, a market's gap, an export window. The order book writes the sowing plan.
  • Principle 2 - Protocol over instinct. Every crop in our programme runs on a written protocol - seeding dates, climate targets, nutrition schedules, harvest windows. Experience matters; we simply insist it be written down, measured, and improved.
  • Principle 3 - Track me, not trust me. Satellite crop monitoring, CCTV feeds, digital harvest logs, and audit rights for every estate owner. Every acre tracked. Every harvest logged. Every claim verifiable.

Where We Work

Our operational heartland is Rajasthan, anchored by our polyhouse clusters in the Jaipur region – with an orchestration network extending across multiple agro-climatic zones of India. The spread is deliberate: when one region rests, another peaks, and supply never sleeps.
