Q: Do I get legal ownership of the land in an Agro Estate?
Yes – absolute and unambiguous. You receive a registered Sale Deed transferring freehold title directly in your name, for a specific, demarcated plot in a RERA-registered plotted development. No pooling. No undivided shares. The Farm Management Agreement is a separate document — optional and revocable. The land is yours either way.
Q: What returns can I expect?
Two streams. Land appreciation, estimated at 10–12% CAGR, driven by site selection near upcoming infrastructure corridors. And crop income, estimated at 12–18% annually from managed polyhouse operations. Agricultural income is fully exempt from income tax under the Income Tax Act, 2025, and agricultural produce is outside GST – which makes post-tax returns structurally hard to match. These are estimates, not guarantees: farming carries agronomic and market risk, and our entire model exists to manage that risk, not to deny it.
Q: How is this different from buying ordinary farmland?
Ordinary farmland is a hope. An Agro Estate is a system. Polyhouse infrastructure replaces open-field uncertainty. Professional crop management replaces dependence on whoever you can find locally. Contracted market linkage replaces mandi-price roulette. And satellite, CCTV and digital harvest logs replace ‘trust me’ with ‘track me’.
Q: What produce can Arth Agro supply, and in what volumes?
Our crop programme spans 25+ high-value varieties – coloured capsicum, cherry tomato, English cucumber, Dutch rose, blueberry, and more. Supply commitments are made against our directly managed acreage and our contracted grower network, and are scheduled crop by crop against your calendar. Ask us for the current crop and availability calendar – we would rather show you a real schedule than quote you a big number.
Q: Can you supply year-round?
For most crops in our programme, yes. Protected cultivation removes seasonal dependency for the core vegetable and floriculture lines, and our network is spread across agro-climatic zones precisely so that one region’s off-season is another’s peak.
Q: Do you handle export logistics?
We manage everything from harvest to dispatch — grading, packing to destination spec, and complete documentation. For international movement we work with established logistics and compliance partners, so shipments arrive paperwork-complete. The Gulf is our priority corridor.
